If your student has EVER attended one of our schools you do NOT need to complete a Pre-Enrollment. Please contact your school of enrollment.
Requirements to Register New Students
2026-2027 School Year
- Students enrolling in Kindergarten must be five years of age by September 1, 2026
- Students enrolling in Transitional Kinder must turn four years of age by September 1, 2026.
- Preschool students must be at least 3 years of age, must turn 4 years of age on or after September 2, 2026 and be potty trained.
2025-2026 School Year
- Students enrolling in Kindergarten must be five years of age by September 1, 2025
- Students enrolling in Transitional Kinder must turn four years of age by September 1, 2025.
- Preschool students must be at least 3 years of age, must turn 4 years of age on or after September 2, 2025 and be potty trained.
Pre-enrollment information may be filled out in any other language by selecting the language tab at the top right
Please upload the following documentation in Pre-enrollment. You may also present the documents in person to your corresponding school.
1. Verification of Student Date of Birth:
✓ Original Birth Certificate, Passport, Certified Hospital Birth Record, or duly attested Baptismal Record.
2. Parent/Guardian Photo ID
3. Proof of Residence (TWO required)
✓ Current Rental Agreement and/or
✓ Utility Bill (Gas, Water, Electric, Telephone or cable) showing the parent/guardian's name, address and dated within 30 days.
Cell phone bills and driver’s licenses are not accepted as proof of residence.
If unable to provide proof of residence, ask for an Affidavit of residence and return with a proof of address of person who signed the affidavit.
4. Verification of Immunizations - Your child must have all required vaccinations. The following immunizations are required for school entry: If you are unable to upload this information, verification of immunization must be presented to school office personnel
✓ 5- DTap, 4- Polio, 3- Hepatitis B, 2- MMR, 2- Varicella.
✓ Tdap is required for students enrolling in the 7th grade.
5. Oral Health Assessment: Must be completed within 12 months prior to entry or by May 31 of the school year.
✓ Transitional Kindergarten
✓ Kindergarten (if not previosuly completed)
✓ First Grade (if not previously completed)
6. Legal Custody or Guardianship Court Orders – if there are any legal court orders or foster placement papers.
7. Special Education:
✓ If your child has an IEP individualized Education Program
8. Physical Examination (CHDP): OPTIONAL
✓ A physical exam is no longer required by California law; however, immunizations remain required for school enrollment.
